Biden has a mischievous sense of humor

 I think it's hilarious that the likes of Joe Biden would "warn" Putin against invading Ukraine (https://www.wsj.com/articles/biden-russian-president-putin-start-call-11638894107?page=1). After Biden's botching of his withdrawal from Afghanistan, does he seriously think Putin will take him seriously? Maybe he's trying to get Putin to laugh himself to death.

Seawall Settlement: Promises made--promises kept?

As noted in two recent posts ( here  and  here ), there are a number of issues involved in the seawall settlement known only by the Board and the 12 Owners who have sued the Club. A video exists of Keith Wandell making an unequivocal promise to submit any settlement relating to the seawall to the Owners for a vote. Fortunately, the By-Laws empower the Board President to call a special meeting of the Owners--with or without the concurrence of the Board. Here are some things to ponder: -     No details on the settlement have been made available to the Owners. -     The Owners are already on the hook for the 1/3 of the J-Lot seawall owned by the Club. The settlement will deal with how much of the remaining 2/3 of the costs are paid by the Club. -       There are three types of costs involved: (1) past maintenance and repair costs; (2) the reserve for future maintenance and repair costs that should be established; and (3) future...

At least the last "Friend of Colleton" to  attack my candidacy  made an effort to make an argument--albeit one that was not supported by the facts. Here's a new email that's simply an  ad hominem attack :   I just finished that delusional megalomaniac Chad King “fake news” essay on why he wants to be The King of Colleton.  What a nightmare that he managed to find enough signatures, including his wife’s which is illegal as anyone who is an expert  in Governance as he is knows it is one per household. The worst, and there were many that must have Keith screaming, is his blog Colleton Skeptic.  My plan in response is to start my own blog entitled Colleton Scrumptious which will illuminate on a daily basis all the various ways I love living here, how grateful I am for the natural beauty and security, how I treasure my house, and my phenomenal friends including those who sacrifice their time and energy to keep the Chad Kings in check.   Dede Just ...
